1. Service Engagement

Services provided by Excel Trust Ltd are typically agreed with clients through written communication, service agreements, or engagement letters.

The scope, timeline, and fees for services are defined and confirmed with the client before work begins.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by notifying Excel Trust Ltd in writing via email.

Where work has not yet commenced, the service engagement may be cancelled without additional charges.

Where work has already begun, Excel Trust Ltd reserves the right to charge fees for services already performed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Excel Trust Ltd

Excel Trust Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or cancel services where:

  • required information or documentation is not provided by the client
  • regulatory or compliance concerns arise
  • circumstances occur that prevent the proper provision of services
  • the client fails to comply with agreed terms

In such cases, Excel Trust Ltd will notify the client and provide a reasonable explanation where appropriate.

4. Refunds

As Excel Trust Ltd provides professional advisory and business support services, refunds are generally not applicable once services have commenced.

However, where applicable, any refund considerations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service delivery.
